    Received the filter today. I knew right away that there would be problems when I saw that the box was practically falling apart and that the tape sealing the box was so old and dirty that it wasn’t even sticky nor was it sealing the box anymore. The plastic bag that the filter was in was torn and the filter itself had big black particles falling out of the paper filter. Unacceptable for something that’s $80!

    The filters are easy to install and work well. However they have almost doubled in price since I originally purchased the Blue air unit several years ago. I would have not bought it if I knew how expensive it was to operate!

    It’s a little expensive, but does seem to last > one year. Old one was definitly clogged with fine dust and dirt. I highly recommed using these under you main return vent.
