My favorite thing, and the cat’s favorite, about the Blueair is the foam packing, because it makes GREAT cat beds. I picked up a couple zipper pillow cases and voilà!     I didn’t know I needed to wait for the light to turn orange to indicate a filter change. First time i changed my filter was 6 months after purchase and the used one still looked good. Recently bought the filter again since my sister wanted to test my purifier out but things happen and never got the chance. I finally had the chance to see the light turn orange this time and this used filter scared me when I pulled it out. I was NOT ready to see this. Don’t let the light on your purifier tell you when to change the filter!

    I’m a big fan of Blue Air filters and Air Cleaners , the quality of air cleaning and design is awesome. I have an asthma and especially in the summer need good quality air cleaning. I prefer to use the brand name I’ve found them to be superior quality . And this is five out of five for them of recent packages that I’ve purchased from blueairoutlet.com that have shown up this way. Really sad how far blueairoutlet.com has slipped. You used to be able to rely on them for consistently high service and delivery.

    This filter will last you about six months, a little pricey but worth it. Important to use a prefilter too, if you’ve lost the ones that came with your machine an old t-shirt works too.
