Looks nice, I like that it has legs to raise off the floor and the shelf on top is a nice feature. The app seems pretty decent as well.

Purchased back in October 2024 because I had moved into a basement room and with used furniture with visible water damage at the bottom, this is also near a busy road which brings in a lot of dust. I have outdoor and indoor allergies and for this first month living in the new place I tried to carry on hoping the dust and possible mold allergies won’t affect me but boy I was wrong. Since I was not in a position to buy new furniture at that time and needed a place I opted for the best next thing. After waking up for weeks with serious allergic symptoms that prevented me from having a restful night looked up many different air filters that would also filter mold particles and this one was the best in the market. From day one my sleep instantly improved and my allergy symptoms which are now none existent. A few things that I never thought I would come to appreciate from it was how effective it is at improving air quality with the smell of food after cooking, or keeping the air cleaner when ever I do my straighten my hair which is a lot. My air filter has been on 24/7 since day one and only now 6 months later I am seeing how much dust and debris each filter collects.

I received a Blueair last Christmas and loved the result so much I bought another one for my business. It keep the air fresh and clean. Which is especially important when you have multiple cats. My favorite thing, and the cat’s favorite, about the Blueair is the foam packing, because it makes GREAT cat beds. I picked up a couple zipper pillow cases and voilà! All is happy in human and cat land.

Fits the unit and is great to have a second cover. Swapping every week for the original gives me peace of mind our room is getting the best filtration possible. Easy to install and wash. Had no smell coming out of the package

Works great and very quiet after over 2 years. Placed it in our kitchen and have only replaced the filter once.

I own the Mini Max. I use it in my classroom. It’s very quiet and I know it’s working very well. I have a student who has bad allergies and I myself do as well. It has helped with the air quality and dust levels in my classroom. You can see how dirty my filter got after 6 months of use. I do vacuum the outside filter occasionally and have brought it home to wash over school breaks. You will not regret getting one of these.

I paint and live in a small studio, so when im working heavily this filter works wonders.

I’ve had a Blueair classic 200 series that I got probably 5+ years ago and have run 24 hours a day. It’s quiet even on the high setting in my opinion. From my past job, I would say it’s almost like airplane noise on high. I now added the Wi-Fi capable 480i that I just got today. It must’ve been a return. I got it “like new” for about $100 off in the original packaging, no damage for a fantastic price! It looks like it was never opened just returned so ecstatic about that! So far I’m playing with the auto mode and not sure because I like it to blow usually at medium speed all the time which you can do with but I am just seeing how the auto works. I am seeing that when I cook. It will look like the air quality is bad because of odors and come on hire for a short time, but then return to low which I feel is not as much as I like for a larger room. But it’s probably a matter of me adjusting to it. I opened my trash that I noticed a smelly odor about 15 feet away from my Blueair and the air quality went to moderate from excellent and cleaned the air of the odors and then went back to excellent. Impressed so far but I don’t know if I’ll use the Wi-Fi -it’s very easy to turn off , with holding down the Wi-Fi button and the filter button for about three seconds simultaneously. You can turn it right back on again by pressing the Wi-Fi button. What I really dislike about the Wi-Fi is it tells you you must put in your precise location in order to use all of the functions in the app and if you look at that I do not want my address and name in there and I can see everyone in my city listed that has one of these. so it looks like I probably will not be using all of the Wi-Fi functions. You can connect to Wi-Fi but you can’t use the app without your location??! Sorry I don’t need to be tracked that much! It is almost the same size as my other one but for larger rooms and the filters do look different and are a bit more expensive. But this one also has the carbon which is more expensive for the 200 series than the basic. I noticed some one said in a review that they wish the duo filters were separate, but you can vacuum them out and keep them going a little longer if you want. You can tell by the color when it’s time to exchange-it’s not quite as white and can go towards a gray ,My 200 has been flawless and I’m hoping this newer version will also. This one’s in the living room the other is in the bedroom. I don’t wake up congested when I have it in my room where I used to wake up several times a night and not be able to breathe out of at least one side. I do have a lot of allergies and there’s a lot of pollen in the air where I live now and it keeps my air “excellent“. Better for everyone including the pets! Really glad I finally bit the bullet and got a second one now that I live in a larger place , PS these are heavy metal but that’s a good thing and medical quality.

So nice when I can find original manufacturer parts for my products. These are about 2/3 the price that the manufacturer wants for the exact same filter. I always prefer the original filters to the knockoff product. Happy shopper!!! Great value!

I added an UPDATE below… At first, I was so very happy with this humidifier for the bedroom. It was perfect... and then, after two months, the water pump stopped working. No water is being moved by the pump. The wick material is always dry no matter what steps are taken to reset, refill, clean, dry and refill, drain, bang on it, cuss at it, attempt the worthless customer support. CUSTOMER SUPPORT is egregiously absent for this product and like any product from BLUEAIR. Customer support is only available through their online form. The form does not include the BLUEAIR Premium Smart Humidifier: 3.5L. Customer Support does not have any other contact method.. I picked a random Bluer product to attempt a response from BlueAir. I am unhappy. BLUEAIR CUSTOMER SUPPORT>>> PLEASE RESPOND !!! Several people have been complaining about the pump failing after two months. UPDATE: I submitted an online service request for another BLUEAIR product and they did get back to me. They sent specific directions to soak in citric acid solution to dissolve any hard water build up. That was reasonable but did not change anything. Pump still does not operate even though water level is recognized. BLUEAIR will send another unit as warranty replacement. THANK YOU. I wish they would have provided the reason for the failure. It sounds like a common problem.

This new sage green cover for our BluAir purifier fits perfect and adds a bit of color to the room!

I have struggled most of my life with asthma and allergies and have always had an air purifier in my bedroom. I’ve been through several other air purifier brands and to be honest they have all worked about the same….I get relief (but not 100%). A friend recommended Blueair to me earlier this year and I have delayed in purchasing one. I am now happy that I waited as this product was only recently released with wifi. The instructions for connecting the air purifier to wifi are made clear, but I did give a quick call to the customer service team just to make sure I was setting everything up correctly (they were very helpful). Now that this purifier is set up and running in my room I am thrilled as to how it is working. I can absolutely tell the difference between this product and others I have had in the past. I think my favorite part of this air purifier is the ability to control via my phone. The app is very user-friendly and it allows me to access, power, and control the air purifier remotely. Overall I am very happy with this purchase. I like the look, the feel, and the way it is running. It was hard for me at first to drop $400 on an air purifier—however now that it is running, (and I am feeling healthier and sleeping better) I am happy with the investment. You can’t place a cost too high on your health!! I would recommend this unit to anyone looking to purchase an air purifier.

Received the filter today. I knew right away that there would be problems when I saw that the box was practically falling apart and that the tape sealing the box was so old and dirty that it wasn't even sticky nor was it sealing the box anymore. The plastic bag that the filter was in was torn and the filter itself had big black particles falling out of the paper filter. Unacceptable for something that's $80!

While there’s not much to say about an air filter, I can say that these BLUEAIR purifiers and filters work great. I originally got mine after having friends with animal allergies over and looking for ways to make them more comfortable. I run my purifier almost 24/7 during most days (between low to medium speeds) and this filter lasted quite a while (I think around 6-9 months) while working great. My house unfortunately doesn’t have an air exhaust above my stove to blow that air outside, so smells tended to linger in my kitchen and living room (~600 sq foot I’d say) for quite a while after cooking anything. However, after getting this and running on high for a while after cooking (or burning) anything, the smells practically vanish. I’m sure there are alternatives available, but I’m personally willing to pay to make sure the air filter I’m using to clean the air I breathe is exactly what I’m expecting.

These are the real thing, but there ARE 3 inside. That at least makes this a decent deal apart from the risky generic alternatives.
